In the majority of our construction projects, we work with our clients and consultants to provide management services in all phases of the construction process from pre-construction, through construction, to post construction consulting. We are very much at ease providing pre-construction for a client or assuming the total responsibility of design/build improvements, leaving clients free to focus on more important things - like running their business! We pride ourselves in reducing the hassle for our clients in negotiating and interfacing with civic and public authorities, consultants, suppliers and trade contractors. Overseeing all design concerns and requests throughout the entire construction process is what we do best.

We know in most construction projects, 90% - 95% of all potential savings can be achieved prior to the actual construction period. That is the time when costs can be more easily anticipated, analyzed and negotiated. This allows us/you to address and resolve all the critical issues before construction begins, often when significant savings can still be realized. It also results in more accurate scheduling, minimizing change orders, and achieving a seamless, successful project.
